I had the surprising good fortune to realize that my dear non-physical friends and I—long before I hit this earth at 7 lbs 21 oz—made an agreement to help those of us living these human lives to remember.
Remember Who We Are. Remember how amazing and lovable we are.
No. Matter. What. Remember that we are glorious, cherished expressions of a God who loves us more that we can humanly comprehend.
We are here to raise our vibration and connect to our true nature. Let the Guides' words flow over you, empower you, and remind you of your kick-ass amazingness.
How I Hear the Guides

When I sit down to write with the intention of sharing what the Guides want to say, I truly have no idea what will come through my fingers onto the keyboard. I open a blank page, take a deep breath, and ... listen with every ounce of my being. The best I can describe it is that I feel what they want to convey and my job is to be an interpreter. No editing, no overruling, just "transcribing" ... followed by wonderment that once again, the process worked. My biggest hope is that their UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for each and every one of us comes through in a way that honors what they want to share.​

Straight up, this school is magical. It is a modern-day wisdom school that teaches how to live a practical, soul-centered life. The teachings of USM - created and taught by Drs. Ron & Mary Hulnick - hugely shaped who I am today, how I relate to myself and the world, how I teach, how I parent ... how I think. I shudder at the thought of living my adult life without having received these masterful teachings as a young woman. The program is for anyone, regardless of profession or religious beliefs. My Family, My Favorites
​
I am wildly blessed to have an out-damn-standing family (as my dad would say). I've been married for more than 25 years to a great guy who makes me laugh and is my biggest cheerleader. He is my rock. We have two amazing souls that joined us - one young adult, one teen. Listening to the two of them laugh together makes my heart grow three sizes and getting to be their mom reminds me that All Is Well. Yeah, sure, we all have our less-than-glorious moments … but who doesn't? I am grateful every day for our little tribe. Thank you, God.
